05 May 1776. SOLICITOR’S LETTER ABOUT A COURT CASE. Bundle 47, Doc 30. 19.5 cm x 12.5 cm. Doc 30 was together with Docs 28-29 wrapped into Doc 27 – they are all about the same case. Mr. GRAHAM 5. May 1776 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Sir / I am glad that Sir Philip is determined to remove the Assault Business to the Assizes. It will be proper to get from Mr. WHELPDALE Copies of the Indictments against your People, & to send them to Sir Philip to be delivered to Mr. MORGAN, but before you part with the Copies, please to keep Copies of them for your Use & mine. You may be assured I will Honour the Concern with Seriesy.
