24 May 1796. LETTER FROM SON OF DECEASED TENANT. Bundle 61, Doc 31. 20 cm x 11 cm. Remains of red seal. Richd. WINTER 24 May 1796 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mr OLDMAN at Edenel hall Cumberland ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Richard WINTER May 24 1795 Friend Mr. OLDMAN I thought it proper to acquaint you that my Father is Thomas WINTER is dead and he did take a building of you but now that is over he is dead and buried and I shall be very glad to serve you in his place and I shall get Philip RUDD for a partner which I hope you will have no objections so I desire send you will send me an answer as soon as you have read mine so no more at present from your V.
