11 Mar 1796. LETTER ABOUT UPCOMING SALE OF LAND. Bundle 61, Doc 14. 38 cm x 23.5 cm, folded in half to make four pages. The two inner pages only contain the address of Robert POWLEY – probably not related to the actual letter. PERCIVAL & CONDELL were linen drapers at 48 New Bond Street, London. Red seal with corresponding hole where it was torn open, and a 12 cm x 9 cm rectangular piece cut off at one corner (without loss of writing). Thos. ROBINSON about Mr. CLARKSONs Parcels 11. March 1796 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mr. OLDMAN Edenhall Cumberland ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Blands’ March 11th. 1796 Sir / I take the Liberty to acquaint you that Mr. CLARKSON intends to sell Murricks Estate on Monday the 14th of this Instant. Mr John DAWSON thought it proper to acquaint you respecting the two Pieces in the Holm which are very convenient also that Holm called Sewell Holm. If therefore you wish to purchase any or all of the said Parcels you may send an Answer by the Bearer. to Mr. John DAWSON.
