19 Jul 1764. BLEATARN COURT BARON VERDICT. Bundle 55, Doc 2. 39 cm x 31.5 cm, folded in half to make four pages, but only the first page is written on. Lord of the said Bleatarn } Manor holden at Bleatarn in and for the said Manor on Thursday the nineteenth Day of July 1764 Before Ralph COOKE Gent Deputy Steward of the said Court. The Names of the Jurors to Inquire &c James RICHARDSON } Christopher STEADMAN } { Christopher STEADMAN Bernard BLAND } { Hugh ABRAM Thomas LAMBERT } Sworn { John RAIN James RUDD } { George PARK Thos FISHER } { John LAMB Edwd STEPHENSON } Who being sworn say and present as follows ––– We present that Mr John BARNETT has sold to John LAMB a Dwelling Rent House Garth Croft and a Close called Well-Bottom adjoyning to the same £ : 0 : 5 : 1 all wch. sd. Premises are lying & being at Carr-Pool under the yearly Indenture Rent of five Shillings & one penny. We find the sd. John LAMB Ten~ant of the Same.
