24 Jan 1801. PAYMENT TO THE POOR PEOPLE IN BLACKHALL. A fresh, very neat and clean receipt. 2” x 6”. Jany. 24th. 1801 Placed to Sir John C. MUSGRAVEs acct. one pound & one shilling which was this day paid to Mr. FAIRBAIRN for the use of the poor people in Blackhall by me [signed] Joseph BRISCO.
