11 Nov 1864 (16). HEAD BUTLER’S WAGES. A superbly fresh, small very neat and clean wages receipt with an Inland Revenue one-penny stamp. 4” x 7”. Eden Hall, Nov. 11. 1864. Received from Sir Geo. MUSGRAVE, Baronet, the sum of Thirty-guineas, being Half year’s wages due to me this day, as Head-Butler. [signed] John PITCHFORD £ 31 . 10 . 0 .
